Meet Ana Karen

Hi, I’m Ana! I’ve been teaching yoga in English, Spanish, and Spanglish since 2022. I teach students of all ages locally, as well a abroad, with Guatemala being one of the most meaningful places I’ve had the opportunity to share my love for yoga.

My teaching blends the energy of Vinyasa flow with the grounding stillness of Yin because to me, balance is everything, and practice that reaches far beyond the mat.

I’m also a mom to a busy teen, travel lover, adventurer seeker, and forever a student of life. I’m passionate about growth, connection, and continuing to learn both on and off the mat.

What to Expect

A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life, surrounded by the sounds of the farm. Goat yoga at the farm is designed to help you slow down, breathe, reset, and connect with nature through guided yoga experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by an experienced guide who knows how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

❋ A Supportive Space

Our classes prioritize comfort, safety, and respect so you can show up as you are, focus, breathe, and fully engage in the process.

Breathe, focus, and reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
  • "What I love most is the atmosphere on the farm. I can go at my own pace, learn new techniques, and enjoy the beauty of nature."

  • "Even as a total beginner, I'm excited to learn, and having an instructor with this knowledge to encourage me feels empowering."

  • "I'm ready to focus on myself and this is the perfect enviornment to do so."
